Any personal information received in connection with your use of our facility will be used only for the purposes of helping you to succeed at Sportsclub Fitness & Wellness, improving the overall experience for you and other members, and to keep you informed of programs, services or events designed to improve your quality of life.
In the interests of efficiency, ecology and economy, we are striving to communicate with Sportsclub members and prospective members electronically, in addition to conventional mailings. If available, we will be collecting every member’s and prospective member’s e-mail addresses to accomplish these goals.
Sportsclub Fitness & Wellness will not sell your email address or any of your other personal information to any unaffiliated third-party, except if required by law.
Should you receive any unwanted e-mail from Sportsclub Fitness & Wellness, you may opt out of our e-mail communication in part or in total at any time by giving Sportsclub Fitness & Wellness written or electronic notice of your decision to opt out.
