Sportsclub has developed a fitness training and basic nutrition course designed to teach youths from ages 11 to 13 the importance of staying healthy through proper exercise and nutrition. This program highlights healthy nutrition and food choices, getting started in fitness and setting goals, weight room orientation and safety, cardiovascular conditioning, and how to stay motivated and focused with one of Sportsclub’s Nationally Accredited Personal Trainers.
